The ZModem patch from LePuTTY is now integrated to KiTTY in a specific version.

To activate it you need to add these two lines to your %APPDATA%/KiTTY/kitty.ini file:
[KiTTY]
zmodem=yes


sz.exe and rz.exe binaries are available here.
