Nod32 Trojan Alert for Kitty Portable

I'm getting the following alert when trying to download kitty portable:

i get same message with new kitty.exe (.13)

I don't know why, but this anti-virus(NOD32) always point KiTTY as a trojan.

Some security suites detect runtime packed executables (upx) as Malware.
Also we can't run the unpacked kitty.exe because of signature check.
An unpacked exe would be nice :-)
