ctrl+arrow doesn\'t work anymore with recent verisons of kitty

After upgrading to latest kitty version (don't even remember from which one), my ctrl+arrow keys stopped working in my shell. I also noticed ctrl+up/down are now used for transparency. Is there a way for me to revert to the 'old method'?

From about 6 months, the transparency feature is deactivated by default.
