The auto-command is sent automatically after the window opens. So may be you need to modify the default delays. See this page for more informations. I downloaded the latest KiTTY portable (0.60.66.17p) and find out that a Connection->Data->Command string doesn't invoke after login. This is pretty inconvenient.
