KITTY_HOME environmental variable + config options

I would like kitty to look for the kitty.ini and savedir folders in the %KITTY_HOME directory, and to be able to specify the path to look for for plugins, such as the cygterm plugin.
I've not tested it yet, but It would also be nice if the KiPath etc, could parse environmental variables in path specifications?
