Kitty major transparency bug

Hi,
just started using Kitty, loving it so far, especially the folders feature.

BUT I have a major problem with transparency - apparently after enabling it (transparency=yes) whenever I create a new session it it sets transparency to default 255 meaning the window is invisible (!), regardless of what I have in the Default Session.

Also, where do you set permanent transparency for the session, or do you plan on making this available? For now the only way I see is editing the session file entry. Also when you change a setting it reverts to 255 transparency - very annoying meaning its practically useless at the moment.

Using latest version:
Build=0.60.66.20 @ 09/06/2009-11:13:55(GMT)
On windows XP sp3.

That didnt print right what I mean is:
