Try modifying the kitty sav file which should be present in C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\KiTTY folder. Its a text file and can be modified easily.

There will be an easier in next version: 0.60.66.25
You can get it at http://www.9bis.net/kitty/data/beta/kitty.exe.

In the same directory where kitty.exe is, create a file called kitty.ses.updt. In this file add the settings you want to apply to all sessions. For example if you want to enable TCP keepalives copy this line:
"TCPKeepalives"=dword:00000001
At first start, KiTTY will make a kitty.ses.updt.reg file that is just a standard Windows registry file. Run it to apply the changes on all of your sessions.
