Consecutive newlines in script do not work

When I run a script with '\n\n' constructions, it appears as the second \n doesn't pass to the terminal.

Workaround '\n \n' works, but sometimes I can not afford to put an extra space between linefeeds.

Also, '\n\n' in User commands works just fine, it's only 'Send script file' feature that's broken.
