Cisco IOS & Automatic Login Script

I am using KiTTY to telnet into routers. While using the Automatic Login Script I cannot bypass the initial "Press RETURN to get started." message. It appears as if the only way to get around this is to manually press enter; that leads me to my question-- How do use I the Automatic Login Script to script pressing crash - Sun 07/11/2010 14:04:43 CET +0100
try \r where need to press enter in the script

Did you try an empty line after the line containing RETURN ?

Automatic Login Script seems to have an issue scripting a newline in the Cisco IOS. It is a variant of unix, however.
I have tried both of those responses to no avail, thank you for the speedy assistance however. What else do you think might work? Maybe I am making some sort of error? Answer |
