"Login script file" doesn't work

ivan - Thu 03/03/2011 11:48:38 CET +0100

Hello,
my PC was reinstalled and now I have the latest ver. of Kitty, but my login scripts don't work. An example of a script:
login as:
userxxx
password:
123456

The connection is SSH.

Thank you!

I need a memory dump of your connection to analyze the issue.
Please contact me by mail.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem like above. Do you find any solution?

Login script with SSH can only work AFTER the authentication is completed !

Hi Cyd,

Does this mean there is no way for the "Login script file" to work as the primary authentication when connecting via SSH? I would like to know if there's a way around it, instead of having to manually update the "Auto-login password" field for each stored session.

Thanks!

Authentication is completely part of the SSH protocol.
The login script feature is a terminal only request/answer mechanism. So that it occurs only when the terminal is up, after the authentication process is done. With SSH to automatize the authentication you have login en password fields.
