Proxy Aware AUTO-config

Hi,

Because I'm using Kitty as PORTABLE, I need to autoconfigure it for different computers.

At time, the PROXY settings are linked to each saved session. My suggestion is improve the PROXY configuration to AUTOMATICALLY use the "Internet Proxy Settings" in the OS (Windows)... if you set the "new" proxy option "Force use proxy values of the OS". The function is simple: If no proxy set, connect directly; if proxy is set, use CONNECT or SOCKS. Obviously, this enforces the config... if you don't select this new option value, you can continue using the current proxy values.

Someone agree?

Great! I like this suggestion... I move from Putty to Kutty because it's really portable.
This function is like Apple MacOSX "Location".

How I can do this?
