anti-idle string sends extra end of line

Ph. Jounin - Thu 26/05/2011 10:00:39 CEST +0200

First thanks for providing kitty. It's a great program which i use quite everyday. I had tried to use the anti-idle string to keep a running session with a Cisco router. I wanted to use the E char (control E) as anti-idle string since it only goes the end of line and does not disturb the CLI. I was unable to use control char in the window (E only adds both chars), I had to to do it the hard way using regedit. Moreover, an end of line is sent each time.

Try to use this anti-idle string: \x05\
\x05 should be for CTRL+E
\ at the end is to disable the end-of-line
