Problem with Putty CM

I have a weird problem with Putty CM. When I double click the putty CM icon on my desktop, it shows loading putty cm and then a putty connection manager tab appears on task bar. But the window doesn't gets open. When I tried to click the putty cm on task bar, nothing happens...please help me.
