compiling KiTTY with ming

Could someone write up a quick guide of how to compile KiTTY using ming under Windows VISTA.

I have tried to decompress kitty_portable.exe using "upx -d kitty_portable.exe" and this does not work, so I have to compile a version which AVG is happy with.

Does ming require cygnus developers kit ?

You can also download the uncompressed version of kitty.exe. Go to the download page.

I personally use AVG. And I have no problem, even with compressed version.
