Kitty not working well with the second monitor

1. The kitty windows location can't be remembered if you closed the windows on the second monitor. The next time you open kitty, the window will appear from top left corner of the first monitor.

2. Drag a kitty windows to the second monitor, and press "Alt + Enter". The kitty freezes and can not respond to further action.

Just to let you know, Putty does have the second issue.
