Initial use of Kitty not copying registry config from Putty
Celtic Valley - Fri 06/04/2012 16:49:50 CEST +0200
I have a new laptop with Windows 7 64-bit edition. In the past on different various PCs and laptops, the following description has always been true for me:
"When using KiTTY for the first time, both registry key and configuration are empty. So that the software will copy all sessions defined in the PuTTY registry key if there are any." However, it is not working for me on my new laptop. I've tried several times by deleting the entire 9bis.com key structure from the registry, and starting Kitty again. The 9bis.com key is created each time but the existing Putty Sessions are never copied over. Any ideas? Kind regards Cyd - Sat 07/04/2012 20:07:06 CEST +0200
Maybe special permissions on PuTTY registry key ?
