Flickering text

About a couple of times in a minute the text displayed by kitty flickers like the whole screen is updated, even nothing on the screen has changed. Any way to fix this?

Get that special build: http://www.9bis.net/kitty/data/beta/kitty.exe
Add these lines to your %APPDATA%/KiTTY/kitty.ini file:

[KiTTY]
redraw=no

Why does Kitty redraw? Is there a good reason to not disable redraw?
