Viewing Folders at Startup

When I start KiTTY on Windows 7 the configuration dialog box appears, complete with the KiTTY New/Del/Up folder buttons. The bottom of the dialog box is lined up with the bottom of the Saved Sessions list. As a result the Folder drop down menu doesn't appear. The same behavior occurs if I click on the New Session menu item from the KiTTY window drop down menu.

If I click on the Change Settings menu item, what looks like the documented configuration dialog box appears, including the Folder drop down menu. In this mode, not all of the menu items in the left hand column are completely populated. For example, I can't enter user name and password for my login.

I have tried resizeenable, but nothing in the folder area appears.
