double login

When I log in to the server using KiTTY, the initial user/password SSH functionality works fine, then I make a selection and am prompted for user/password again. This can be easily accomplished using a login script .txt file, but I would prefer to not store my password in an unmasked area in a .txt file. Is it possible to pull from the configuration file and insert it into the login script?
