WinSCPPath is rewritten from portable to absolute

Using KiTTY portably, I have in kitty.ini a relative path to WinSCP:

WinSCPPath=.\WinSCP.exe

This works fine. But at some point, KiTTY rewrites it to be an
absolute path, e.g.:

WinSCPPath=C:\Portable\KiTTY\WinSCP.exe

It would be nice if it left it relative so the directory could be
copied elsewhere and it would still point to the intended WinSCP.

Just to note that even with the most recent versions of KiTTY there are issues using relative paths vs absolute paths. In my experience, relative paths for WinSCP don't work at all which forces you to use an absolute path. With everyone moving toward portable apps it would be nice if KiTTY handled relative paths for WinSCP.
