Print Screen prints unwanted stuff

Hi,

we use KiTTy for logging on to a linux system with a management software for a trucking company. When we want to print what's on screen, it prints not only that, but additional, unwanted data. I posted a copy below. The user only sees, what is between the +---+ lines. Everything above, from "Welcome..." to "Information: Lade Programm /usr/apl/pas/src/sta2/p9600_m.4ge ..." is in the background. The users can't see it, can't access it and more important do not need to print it. We wouldn't mind if all the data would be printed on 1 page, but the lower, important part is spread on 2 pages, so the printout is more or less useless. Please help, I'm totally in despair.
