Automated change of KiTTY settings
Dale - Fri 08/02/2013 13:47:42 CET +0100
I would like to change the scrollback in the window setting to 50,000. I can do this easily manually, however I have about 50 server profiles saved and I wondered if there was a command line tool that allowed me to change the KiTTY/PuTTY settings.
I understand that KiTTY writes these settings into the registry, is that correct ? Floris - Fri 08/02/2013 13:52:20 CET +0100
KiTTY can save the configuration in the registry or in a config file.
If you want to use the registry, export the configuration, change and save the setting, export again and look at the difference between the two export files. Marty - Fri 08/02/2013 14:27:08 CET +0100
Does KiTTY write to the registry by default ?
Under which key in teh registry does KiTTY write it's settings ? How do I change KiTTY to save it's settings to a textfile ? Floris - Fri 08/02/2013 15:26:42 CET +0100
KiTTY uses the registry by default.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\9bis.com\KiTTY The config file is mentioned at: http://www.9bis.net/kitty/?page=Portability&zone=en Answer |
