irc client

Can recommend a minimal irc client for Windows XP Media Center 2004 / no service pack,
that integrates well or utilizes Kitty features?
I use sic http://tools.suckless.org/sic with Linux even if I'm logged into Gnome or KDE.

I'm already using some programs from Open source for windows,

but it has been a while since I've done any work with windows.
