0.62.1.4: Revised folder system issues

0.62.1.4 now uses the "Folder" property within each session file to describe the folder in which the session should reside. Unfortunately this incurs two problems :

1) The new 0.62.1.4 folder behaviour doesn't allow for the support of nested folders
2) Existing foldered sessions are no longer recogised and are not automatically converted to use the new 0.62.1.4 folder behaviour

I've found the cause of my problem - I had mistakenly upgraded to the non-portable 0.62.1.4 version of kitty. Upon replacing with the portable version of 0.62.1.4, all my sessions (including nested sessions) re-appeared. Sorry for the noise.
