Alt+PgUp and Alt+PgDn each just inserts a tilde (~). However, when accessing this same Screen+Irssi session through any other terminal emulator (other than PuTTy and KiTTy), it works as expected, where it prints `[5~` for PgUp and `[6~` for PgDn allowing for keybinding.
