Key mapping for AIX

Hi,
I read somewhere that with Kitty it should be possible to modify key mapping.
I'm interested on function keys mapping as I work on AIX systems and sometimes with "smitty" it's a real pain.
Moreover it would be really appreciated if someone wants to share his/her "putty/kitty" configuration for AIX.
