Fix for xterm modifier keys?

Hi,

Could you please include the modifier keys patch from here: https://github.com/troydm/putty-modified into Kitty?
I'm trying to compile kitty myself, so I'll see how that goes, but it'd be nice to have that feature built in for everybody.

Tried your version and it works.
In the mean time I actually already managed to fix it and compile kitty myself with the fix, but thanks for the effort! Hope it can make it to the official version of KiTTY.
