PF1 key oddness

Eric Wallace - Tue 31/12/2013 20:50:44 CET +0100

Our users are expecting PF1-PF4 to work at the top of the PC number pad for NumLock, /, * and -, which should be easy enough (4 of KiTTY's keyboard maps already do this, including "ESC[n~", "Linux", "VT400" and "VT100+"). However, it is not working for us -- NumLock just changes the numlock state light, / just prints a /, * prints a *, etc. -- on all 4 of those keyboard maps.

I did discover an odd work-around, however: if I type CTRL-NUMLOCK and then NUMLOCK again, KiTTY does send the PF1 command. Sadly, this trick doesn't work for PF2-PF4.

Any suggestions for me?

Oh, I should mention I do *not* have "Disable application keypad mode" checked, as that would just make the number pad work like numbers.
