Cannot load saved session from shortcut
10basetom - Fri 10/01/2014 06:57:57 CET +0100
I just found out that you cannot load a saved session if it's saved in a subfolder. It seems the -load parameter will only work if the saved session is at the root level. Does anyone know how to load a saved session if the session is stored in a subfolder?

Yes that's true. Hope that bug can be fixed soon.

You must specify the subfolder with '-folder' parameter.

I think this "bug" occurs also in the windows jumplist. I can open all sessions which are not in a subfolder but sessions in a subfolder do not open (only the configuration opens).

It's not really a bug.
In registry mode, you can't have two sessions with the same name. But in portable mode you can have this situation: two sessions with the same name in two different directories. So that you must specify the directory. The fact is that I could have add a -load 'directory/sessionname' management (maybe for future version). Ok for jumplist. This feature was added in PuTTY in 0.63 (in last august). I did not manage it ... because ... I work on Windows XP, without Jumplist. Tobi - Tue 01/07/2014 22:57:00 CEST +0200
Thanks for the explanation. I hope that you switch from you unsupported XP to Windows 7 soon and add this feature ;-)

Any roadmap to fix the issue with jumplist?

Do you know when jumplist will be fixed under Windows 7 ?

Hi. I think this is the one fault kitty has. It would be great to have a fix.
