Yes it possible, for example
cmd://"..\KiTTY\kitty.exe" -load MyServer

Put This string in Link field in the KeePass
cmd://"[path_to_kitty_exe]" -load [Kitty_Saved_Session_Name]

Also you can run Link by pressing CTRL+U in KeePass on the selected row.
