Hotkeys for shortcuts in Portable mode

Hello,

First, i would like to say thank you for your app, it have few interesting features which i am using.
Second, i don't understand how to use hotkeys for pre-defined commands? I haven't CTRL+SHIFT+A...Z as described in your article (http://www.9bis.net/kitty/?page=Shortcuts for pre-defined command&zone=en) and don't understand how to enable it.

yeah, a short howto would be great! i managed to set function keys (F1 and so on) and SHIFT to send key strokes to the session, but they do not appear in the menu.
when i convert registry settings to dir-mode i can see the shortcuts in the command folder, but in savemode=dir the shortcuts disappear in the menu.

The keyboard shortcuts are not available in portable mode.
