Protect window with CTRL+F9 write ~

Hello,

when i try to protect the window with the CONTROL+F9 it is always write a "~" character into the terminal. When i use the "cat" command and test the key cominbations i got "[[20~" for CTRL+F9 and F9. I'm using the latest beta version (2014.07.11) and a hungarian keyboard.
