encrypted password commandline parameter

Hey,

Is there an option to send a password generated with genpass.exe as a commandline to kitty ?
ex: kitty myswitch -l myuser -epw somehash
The problem with the -pw option, is that the password is visible in the commandline.

Is the sourcecode available for genpass.exe ?
Can I uses another private key to generate the password hash ?
My goals is to have an easy way to connect to an SSH device, without exposing my password (even encrypted with the defaul private key, as it is public available)
