Path space and Unicode char

When I adding a private key file for authentication with Unicode char in it, It not find the file ppk.
can you fix it?

Unicode char in the file name of your key, unicode char in the content of that file ?
Putty does not find the ppk or Pageant does not find it ?
It can't find or it can't read ?

Unicode char in the folder name. maybe at file name, I didn't test it.
Putty does not find the ppk.
The file cannot find.
can you reproduce the bug?
