Suggestion: Status Icon Color

I would like the icon on the Windows system tray to change colors depending on the status.
Active = Green
Disconnected/Inactive/Failed = Red
Retry = Orange or Yellow

The reason why is because I frequently get disconnected, and I don't have an easy visual way of seeing the status. I have to restore the application from the system tray, check the window title for "inactive" and sometimes I need to type in the remote console to verify transmission. Then I have to send the application back to the tray.

Ideally I would like to restart the connection from the system tray icon, and maybe add other context menu options (the main context menu has too many options).
