klink - strange behaviour with same session name

using proxy and this telnet command
klink.exe -agent -l root my.ip.com -nc root@***.***.***:22
The system crashed and I noticed a loop creating infinite conhost.exe and plink.exe processes.

I finally found out it was the session name I used "my.ip.com" which was the same URL as my proxy host. Changing the session name solve the problem.
Is this a strange bug somehow?
