Logon Script Stopping Until Some Sort of Keyboard Input

Hello,

Having a strange issue with a logon script. Pretty simple what I want to accomplish, I want to log into a device, enter enabled mode, and then run a command. I'm able to log into the device just fine and enter the "enable" command, but when it begins to enter the enable username the script freezes until I give it some sort of keyboard input. For example I'll push the space bar and the username will enter, and then I'll have to push the spacebar again for the password, and then a third time for the command I want to run.

Any ideas on what can be causing this?

It appears that putting several pause commands in the logon command field resolved this issue, but I'm not sure that it's working in 100% of cases yet. Very strange.
