Disable Default Profile Default%20Settings

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to disable Default%20Settings from being loaded. I want to make the Sessions folder read only so users cannot make any changes. This works, but I get an error when starting kitty.exe now, "Unable to open file for writing" Error code:5 Which is expected since I have that file setup as read only. Is there a way to prevent writing to that file AND prevent that error message?
