Keyboard mapping

I am needing to perform keyboard mapping. I believe it is possible in Kitty? I wondered if there was any documentation on how to do this? What keys can be mapped, and there expected labels? Is it performed in the kitty.ini file?

Is it possible to bind a key to a kitty window menu function ?

eg: F5 = Restart Session ?
