Jumplist entries startup

Hi!
Is it on kiTTY side or system side to startup jumplist entries from kitty.exe location directory rather than Windows/System32? I've set all files related settings data relative to kitty.exe (image background, private key, etc.) and it works fine if run straight from kitty but when I click any entry from jumplist (recent sessions, pinned entries) then such instance of kitty.exe is run from Windows/System32 folder.
