Keep alive string.

Is there a place to put a feature request? I would like the ability to have the keep alive string send "XH" so send an X and then delete it. That keeps the connection alive without hitting enter. I work with a lot of routers that log you out if your idle. And the other admins hate that I keep filling up the history logs with "show".
