GNS3 friendly additions

Hi,

first, thank you for your great work, I find KiTTY invaluable for my work.

I would like to have added to it some features that the PuTTY shipped together with GNS3 has:

- the ability to automatically add 1 (or more) ENTER keys once the Telnet/serial session is established (so the prompt becomes visible) - this should apply to sessions without authentication,

- the ability to have error messages (like disconnected from server) be sent to the title bar instead to create a dialog window - this would help when a lot of KiTTY windows disconnected from the telnet server (due to server issues), create a lot of dialog windows, each needed to be closed separately,
