Send file function Win10 works slowly

Hey,
I've noticed that the send file function (strg+F2) isn't working properly anymore under Windows 10. If I open a script file for example, the script text is send really slow. Talking about a couple of seconds per row here. Worked fine and fast as lighting under Win 7.
Is that a known Bug? Is it fixable? Cause as it is I can't work anymore with kitty, since I do rely on that function...

Open you kitty.ini file (in %APPDATA%/KiTTY directory in registry mode, or in the same directory in portable mode).
Remove the line with commanddelay setting.
