"Unable to create directory" with kitty_portable 0.66.6.3

Hi,
I've upgraded from 0.66.6.2 (with existing configuration and sessions) to 0.66.6.3. After executing "kitty_portable.exe -launcher" the error message "Unable to create directory: xxx" always appears although the directories already exist.
