Duplicate session WITHOUT redirections

Hi,

Great fork of PuTTY! I really love it! :)

I suggest to add the option for "Duplicate Session" disabling all port redirections. I have several saved sessions with common redirections, and it's a pain when I have more than one running. It's a simple change: Add a submenu with "Duplicate Session" and "Duplicate Session without redirections".
