kagent portable

hi!

thank you for adding the portable mode to kitty.
I find registry based stuff annoying (and all work-around "solutions").

there is one issue I found:
when using kitty_portable kagent fails to find saved sessions (i.e. tray menu -> "saved sessions" is empty)

It seems, the normal way is to use KiTTY launcher.

hi leo,

the session laucher works, but it adds another tray icon and another executable.
I would prefer if kagent (which is already running) does the right thing.

Can someone explain how to use KiTTY portable plus launcher plus agent? Do I have to run both "kitty.exe -launcher" *and* "kitty.exe -runagent"? I was under the impression that just running the launcher would also act as agent, but maybe I'm wrong?
