.Xauthority Files on Multiple Machines

I'm confused about .Xauthority files. Here's my situation:
2 CentOS machines.
CygwinX on Windows 7
Kitty 0.67.0p
Different.Xauthority files on each CentOS machine.
Log into CentOS1
.Xauthority file created
Issue firefox
Firefox comes up in an X window on my Windows machine and the tool bar shows it's running on CentOS1
Exit firefox
Log into CentOS2
.Xauthority file created
Issue firefox
Firefox comes up in an X window on my Windows machine but the tool bar shows it's running on CentOS1!!!!!!
Browsing files from Firefox confirms it's running on CentOS1 not CentOS2.
Exit firefox
Remove .Xauthority on CentOS2
Use xauth to create .Xauthority on CentOS2
Issue firefox on CentOS2
Firefox toolbar shows it's running on CentOS2, yea!
Log onto CentOS1
Issue firefox on CentOS1
Firefox toolbar shows it's running on CentOS2, huh!

Anybody seen this behavior before, or know how to fix it?
