clipboard print error

I'm try to print clipboard to printer but i always get "error type 2".
i'm using Kitty 0.67.1.4 on windows 10 x64
What could it be?

Today is three months we use Kitty in the company.
It is perfect for our needs but unfortunately we continue to
get the "type 2" error when we try to print the contents of the clipboard.
We use windows in various versions from 7 to 10.
The Kitty version is 0.67.1.4
Can you help me about this error?

I had the same error with a windows 7 x64 system. Would not print, tried ona windows 7 32 bit system and it would print. Must not work with 64 bit systems.
