Midnight Commander

Dear friends,

Could you point me to some best configuration to use with Midnight Commander?

I still can't get working some features:
  • Ctrl+PgUp to jump out of the current folder.
  • Shift+F6 rename current file (worked in Putty).
Numpad works (Disable application keypad mode finally helped?), Alt+S (jump to file typing letters) and Alt+I (sync folder) work fine.
