Auto Login

I am having troubles using the auto login, after our organization forced a password change. I have typed the correct password in the proper field and it works when I type it manually. The feature worked fine before our required password change.I don't see it stored in the XMl file either for my sessions.

Is there a hidden DB that may have some wrong info stored in it? is there a way to reset all of the settings? What actions can I take to get this to work again.

The password is encrypted in the registry.
